This combined Web-Database
project is intended as a guide to:
- Institutions dedicated primarily to dealing with the societies
and states of Asia, Africa and Latin America, in the fields
of learning and research
- Libraries, museums and archives;
- Centres, foundations and other institutions that regularly
issue publications for academic purposes;
- Researchers with medium-term projects (at least 2 years) in
and about societies and states of Asia, Africa and Latin America;
- Scholars and experts with long-term regional and academic
authority
