From now on you can use the new online catalogue of the ZMO library.
As well you will find our books if you use the metasearch engines KVK, WorldCat
or the Common Union Catalogue (GVK),
due to the fact of ZMO membership in the Common Library Network GBV.

The transliteration of Arabic titles in the new catalogue system is the german DIN norm DIN 31635. Other ways of transliterating Arabic no longer have any effect. So one should whrite in the input field of our new online catalogue t for thāʾ, g for jīm, h for khāʾ, d for dhāl, s for shīn, g for ghayn; a for tāʾ marbūṭa, iya for nisba feminine singular; ai and au for diphthongs, iy and uw for doubling of wāw and yāʾ) .

At the moment it is not yet possible to find multi-volumed editions via our new catalogue system. An expert from the Common Library Network GBV in Göttingen is swift to solve this problem. The text in the layout of the catalogue web site will also be modified within the next few days.

A large part of the Höpp estate documents can be accessed in our catalogue for archival resources now. In the majority of cases the scanned pictures of the documents are not made accessible by descriptions / keywords yet, but you can gain access if you type the number of the archive box in the search fild of the catalogue for archival resources.

For further information on the ZMO project of a catalogue for archival resources see the lecture which had been given in Halle, February 17th, 2010 (in German).
